Damage Report

1. Heater valve from engine rusted in open position
2. Exposed 110v wires in rear bathroom
3. Water heater inoperative and leaking
4. Heat exchanger lines from water heater damaged
5. Vacuum lines not connected (engine)
6. Damaged sub floor near step and driver side
7. Extreme rust damage to crossmember (right side entrance step) (above photo)
8. Suburban furnace plumbing incorrect
9. Cabinet wood not reusable (remove and rebuild all cabinets)
10. Crossmember angle iron rusted at front compartment
11. All interior insulation contaminated (replace interior insulation)
12. Power converter damaged (Must be replaced due to safety)
13. Heater under dash not installed correctly 
14. All original carpet under cabinets contaminated and need to be removed
15. Out side running lights damaged
16. wood rot under water heater and storage compartment
17. Interior walls contaminated with dirt
18. Wheel wells poorly sealed
19. Corroded toilet seal
20. Water pump plumbing not installed correctly
